Sarah McLean joins Platinum Wave as Franchise Development Coach amid the global franchise consultancy continuing to expand its offering to more business across the globe. Prior to her arrival at Platinum Wave, McLean has 20 years of experience across hospitality, events and tourism industries.

In that time, she has developed a proven track record of developing profitable businesses and delivering innovative customer focused solutions.

Sarah’s career highlights include overseeing multi-million pound hotel refurbishments and rebrands as well devising effective Covid-19 recovery planning.

Platinum Wave is leading a new era of growth for the franchise industry and works with disruptive, game-changing brands as well as household names looking to launch into international growth regions.

The global franchise consultancy brings an end-to-end partnership and commercial guidance for brands looking to franchise. This mentorship also includes helping brands to transform their performance through scaling-up, accelerating growth and realising their brand potential.
