ABOUT SUZIE

Prior to founding Platinum Wave, Suzie was the Franchise Director and Board Member of national recruitment franchise and £30m turnover franchise network Select Appointments. As Platinum Wave CEO, Suzie has spent the last 17 years working with and advising some of the biggest franchise brands in the world.

Suzie has also served as a Non-Executive Director with some of the UK’s leading franchise brands, including Premier Education and Right at Home UK. She is also a long standing advisor to HERO Brands, owners of several international franchises including German Doner Kebab, and also to perhaps the most celebrated Dragons’ Den franchise investment, Razzamataz Theatre Schools.

With 26 years of first-hand international franchising experience, Suzie is a well-known personality in the franchise industry. She has been a guest Judge of all the major national franchise awards and is the British Franchise Association’s Advisor & Supplier Forum Chair.

The team at Platinum Wave have been named Service Provider of the Year at the Best Franchise Awards, the inaugural bfa Affiliate Awards, and 5 times by EWIF (Encouraging Women Into Franchising). They were recognised again last year by the European Franchise Federation for their contribution to the industry, and Suzie has been acknowledged with numerous awards over the years as one of Scotland’s leading business women.
