What is the training for new franchise owners like?
·The initial training lasts from 3 to 6 weeks depending on your experience
·The purpose of such comprehensive initial training is to enable the franchisee to become a completely credible Home Designer by the time of your very first customer meeting

How to find prospects
Modules include: RAISON Home concept and values, how to pitch, in-person and digital prospecting
How to convert leads into quotes
Modules include: design techniques, materials, measuring, suppliers, products, 3D Design application, project management application, customer’s needs discovery method, using VR
Convert quotes into sales to achieve a minimum conversion rate of 35%
Modules include: RAISON Home sales policy, closing sales
Converting every sale into a satisfied customer:
Modules include: ordering, order receiving control, quality policy, project management, fitting and after-sales service
